Privacy Policy

Systematico is designed with privacy in mind. The app is designed to operate locally on your device and does not require you to create an account.

Data Storage

Your schedules, tasks, settings, and other planning data created in Systematico are stored locally on your device. Systematico does not transmit your planning data to or store it on external servers operated by us.

You can delete your locally stored Systematico data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local data through your device settings. Please note that deleting the app or its local data may permanently remove information that has not been backed up elsewhere.

Personal Information

Systematico does not require account creation and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number in order to use the app.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your planning data with third parties.

Because Systematico does not maintain an account or a server containing your planning data, we generally cannot provide, modify, or delete planning data on your behalf. Your locally stored data can instead be managed or deleted directly on your device.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable privacy or data-protection laws.

Children's Privacy

Systematico is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require account creation and does not collect personal information through its core functionality, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Systematico.

Third-Party Services

Systematico is distributed through Google Play.

Although Systematico's core functionality operates locally on your device, Google and Google Play may independently collect certain information associated with the distribution, installation, use, security, diagnostics, or performance of the app. Such information is collected and processed by Google under Google's own terms and privacy practices and is not controlled by Systematico.

Data Security

Because Systematico stores your planning data locally on your device, the security of that data also depends on the security of your device. We recommend protecting your device with an appropriate screen lock, password, PIN, or biometric authentication.

Data Retention

Systematico does not maintain copies of your planning data on our servers. Planning data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the app's local data, uninstall the app, or otherwise remove it through your device's operating-system controls.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be made available through the appropriate Systematico or distribution channels, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
